Write it Out – Inspiration: When You Can’t Trust Your Own Mind
Giving your characters handicaps and quirks is one of the best parts of being a writer, so here is one of my favorites.
Your character is a normal, average person. They have a normal job, a normal life except one thing is very different about them. Your character has started see words appear where they are none. It happens during the most random times; while stepping off a curb, “Are you sure that was a good idea?” appears on the pavement as if someone spray painted it there. “Next time just say something!” Is sprawled on windows and walls. There’s just one problem. Your character has no idea why, or where the words are coming from.
Let your mind run wild, and write it out!
